Who this covers

We work almost entirely with companies rather than consumers, so most of what we hold is business contact information: the name, title, phone and email of the property manager or owner's representative, plus the address of the building and the scope we were asked to price.

What we collect and why

Enough to quote and run the job: the site address, access and tenant constraints, the drawings or photographs you send us, and the contact details of whoever we coordinate with. On insurance work we also handle claim numbers and adjuster correspondence. There is no store on this website and no payment is taken here.

Building information

Roof cores, deck photographs and structural findings from a building are shared with you, your engineer and the permitting authority — nobody else. We do not use identifiable building information as a case study without written permission from the owner.

Who else sees it

Our crew, the subcontractors on that specific job, the county or municipal permitting office, and your carrier when a claim is involved. We do not sell contact information and we do not share it with lead brokers.

Cookies and measurement

This site is static HTML with no advertising cookies of its own and no third-party tracking scripts. Our host keeps ordinary server logs including IP addresses for security. If you arrive from an advertisement, that platform may set its own cookies under its own policy.

How long we keep it

Bids that do not become contracts are deleted after eighteen months, which covers a typical rebid cycle. Contract, permit and warranty records are kept for ten years under Florida's construction defect statute.

Your choices

Ask for a copy, a correction or a deletion: (407) 241-4870 or [email protected]. Where a record is required for permit or warranty reasons we will tell you which part and why.
